Most items sold by Volke Manufacturing, LLC may be returned
within 30 days of delivery.
To receive a return authorization number (RAN) please contact the business office at 330-345-5599 or send a letter to Volke Manufacturing, LLC, Building A, 6641 Roberts Lane, Wooster, Ohio 44691 stating the nature of the problem. We will respond to your issue within 1 business day. Items
returned without a RAN will result in a delay. |

If the product
shipped is defective or the wrong item. We will pay the return shipping
cost if the return is a result of our error.
New, unused equipment may be subject to a 5% Restocking Fee. New equipment that has been used may be subject to a 10% Restocking Fee plus any charges necessary to return the unit to factory specifications. Used equipment may be subject to a 15% Restocking Fee. Any item returned that is not in its original condition, i.e., is damaged, or missing parts, will only be issue a partial refund.
